The service was excellent - one staff member named Animesh were really nice too ensure my stay was fabulous. I appreciate his efforts and he deserves recognition for his really good service. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. The location was convenient, close to a park, theater, and plenty of eateries. It was also just a short walk to the train station, making it easy to explore the city.
The breakfast buffet had the same food every day, which got boring after a week-long stay. The service at the bar was slow, as we had to wait for staff to serve us.

The hotel facilities were excellent - I loved the free iMac's in the lobby area. The breakfast was amazing with lots of quality food and plenty of choices. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect - close to shops and eateries, the stadium, the river, and the new restaurant strip.
Nothing all excellent.

The service from the staff is top-notch, with many guests mentioning the friendly and helpful nature of the staff. the hotel offers facilities such as underground parking and a lovely pool.
The noise levels in the hotel, particularly from street noise, can be bothersome for some guests.
