I had a fantastic stay at Novotel! The rooms were comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The service was excellent - one staff member named Animesh were really nice too ensure my stay was fabulous. I appreciate his efforts and he deserves recognition for his really good service. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. The location was convenient, close to a park, theater, and plenty of eateries. It was also just a short walk to the train station, making it easy to explore the city.
The breakfast buffet had the same food every day, which got boring after a week-long stay. The service at the bar was slow, as we had to wait for staff to serve us.

The hotel facilities were excellent - I loved the free iMac's in the lobby area. The breakfast was amazing with lots of quality food and plenty of choices. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect - close to shops and eateries, the stadium, the river, and the new restaurant strip.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say it was impressive. The location was perfect as it was right by the river, which provided a stunning view from my room. The staff were outstanding, providing excellent service from the moment I arrived, including a warm welcome drink. The room amenities were quite luxurious as well, making my stay more comfortable and convenient.

Great view, nice lighting, comfortable bed, spacious room, easy-to-use TV. Close to restaurants within walking distance. Quiet on higher floors, some street noise on lower floors. Helpful staff, clean room, large bed, cold aircon. Close proximity to desired location.
